1. Who we are; acceptance

livingtrustcalifornia.com is operated by the Law Offices of Rozsa Gyene, a California law firm (Rozsa Gyene, Esq., California State Bar No. 208356), 450 N Brand Blvd, Suite 600, Glendale, CA 91203. By using the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

2. What this service is

The estate planning documents offered here are prepared and reviewed by a licensed California attorney based on the information you provide through the online questionnaire. This is a flat-fee legal service — not a self-help or do-it-yourself product. Documents are prepared under California law for California residents and California-situated estates only; we do not prepare documents under any other state's law.

3. Limited-scope engagement

When you purchase a package, you engage the Law Offices of Rozsa Gyene for the limited purpose of preparing the specific documents in that package, based on the information you submit. The engagement is limited to preparation and review of those documents; it does not include ongoing representation, court appearances, tax advice, asset valuation, or any matter outside the package, unless separately engaged.

Some situations are too complex for a flat-fee package — taxable estates, certain blended-family arrangements, special-needs beneficiaries, closely held business interests, or contested matters. Where we identify that your situation needs more, we may recommend full-service representation (available through livingtrust-attorneys.com) and may decline to proceed with the flat-fee package.

4. Packages and pricing

Current packages: single living trust $400; joint living trust $500; will-based plan $150. Each package's contents are described on the Site. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase; prices may change for future purchases.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate information — the documents reflect what you give us. After delivery, you are responsible for properly executing your documents (signing, witnessing, and notarizing as California law requires); we provide instructions but do not supervise signing. You are responsible for funding your trust and for recording any deeds with the county recorder. We do not record deeds or other documents on your behalf.

6. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe and is due at the time of purchase.

7. Refunds

Purchases are subject to the satisfaction guarantee described at livingtrustcalifornia.com/guarantee.

8. Delivery and storage

Documents are delivered electronically and may be stored in your account and Digital Vault. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

9. Confidentiality

Information you provide in connection with preparing your documents is protected by attorney-client privilege and the duty of confidentiality under California law (Cal. Evid. Code §§ 950–962; Cal. R. Prof. Conduct 1.6), and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. No guarantee of a particular outcome

We prepare your documents with professional care, but we do not guarantee any particular tax result, that a third party (such as a bank or title company) will accept a document, or any specific outcome — these depend on facts outside our control and on steps you must take, such as funding and recording.

11. Disclaimers; limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" as to its availability and technical operation. We are not responsible for losses caused by service interruptions, by third-party services (such as Stripe, Google, or your internet provider), or by your failure to execute, fund, or maintain your documents. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law, including an attorney's responsibility for professional services.

12. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, and document templates are owned by the Law Offices of Rozsa Gyene. Your completed documents are yours to use for your own estate planning.

13. Governing law; venue

California law governs. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
