To receive a refund, you must return or destroy all draft documents and confirm you have not signed, recorded, or used them. What is NOT covered by the guarantee?

Once your documents are finalized, delivered, or used — including once you have signed, recorded, or otherwise relied upon them — the fees are earned and non-refundable. Third-party and hard costs (recording fees, title or property searches, notary fees, shipping, and printing, binder, and assembly costs) are non-refundable once incurred.

Is attorney review really included in the price?

Yes! Unlike LegalZoom which charges an extra $199 for attorney review, our base price ($400-$500) includes review by licensed California attorney Rozsa Gyene (State Bar #208356). There are no hidden fees or upsells.

How quickly will I receive my refund?
